No Missed Chemo
At the Lata Jayanthi Foundation, we believe that no on should miss treatment because they cannot get there. Chemotherapy is hard enough physically, emotionally, and mentally, without the added stress of finding a ride.
The No Missed Chemo initiative provides Lyft or Uber ride funds so patients can get to and from treatment with ease and dignity. For many, the exhaustion from chemo makes driving unsafe or impossible, and relying on friends or family isn’t always an option.
We're here to remove that barrier. Whether it is across town or across the city, our goal is simple: you show up for your treatment, and we’ll help make sure you get there and back safely and comfortably.
When it comes to fighting cancer, every session matters. Missing chemo is unacceptable and we’re here to make sure you never do.
Funding Required?
The fundraising goal for this initiative is $5,000.
This allows us to provide for approximately 100 patients as we continue to build partnerships with treatment centers and expand our base.
